$549 a year, and your winterization and spring dewinterization are already in it.
You have a trip Friday and the furnace will not light. Or the fridge is throwing a code you have never seen. Most owners lose a weekend to a forum thread and a guess, then call somebody on Monday anyway.
Members get a tech on the phone the same day, both seasonal services handled on schedule, no trip charge when we do come out, and first spot on the calendar when the season gets busy.

Fall Winterization

Phone & Video Support - 6 Sessions a Year
Text us the problem and we call you back the same day, up to 30 minutes a session. Most issues get sorted well inside that, and plenty of them you can handle yourself once you know what you are looking at.
No Service Call Fee
Non-members pay a $100 service fee to get us on site. Members do not, on any repair or diagnostic visit, all year.
Priority Scheduling
We book up. Members are offered open appointments ahead of non-members, which in season is often the difference between this week and next month.
Parts Sourcing
We find the right part, tell you where you can find it, and whether the cheaper version is available.

The included winterization and dewinterization cover both the work and the trip out to your rig. The waived $100 service call fee applies to your repair and diagnostic visits for the rest of the year.

How the Phone Support Works

Text, call, or use the request form. Photos and a short video of what the rig is doing get us to the answer faster than a paragraph does.
We call you back
Same day, and not held over to Monday because you called on a weekend.
30 minutes a session
Most problems are sorted well inside that. If yours is not, it needs eyes on it, and we will say so instead of guessing at it over the phone.
If it needs a visit, you go first
Priority scheduling and no service call fee. The phone session is not a consolation prize, it is triage that tells us what to bring.
Traveling Out of State?
The phone and video support goes wherever you go. We cannot drive to Yuma, but we can talk you through a furnace lockout from your campsite. Snowbirds get the most out of this. On-site work, including both seasonal services, happens inside our Southeast Michigan service area.
What Membership Does Not Cover
Membership is about access and the seasonal work. The wrench time itself is still billed the same way it always was:
- Repair labor, billed at $165 per hour with a one-hour minimum
- Parts, materials, and disposal fees
- Antifreeze beyond the standard two gallons, and any repair found during a seasonal service
- After-hours emergency site visits, which are billed at emergency rates
- Travel outside our 30-mile Waterford service radius, which carries an extended service area charge

What does the Camp Ready Membership cost, and what is included?+−
$549 for the year, paid up front. That covers your fall winterization, your spring dewinterization, six phone or video support sessions, no service call fee on any visit for the rest of the year, priority scheduling, and parts sourcing.
Does membership include repair labor and parts?+−
No. Labor is still $165 per hour with a one-hour minimum, and parts and materials are billed on top of that. What membership removes is the $100 service call fee, the cost of both seasonal services, and the wait for an appointment.
How does the phone and video support actually work?+−
Text, call, or send us the problem through the request form, with photos or a short video if you have them. We call you back the same day. Sessions run up to 30 minutes, and you get six per membership year.
What if the problem cannot be solved over the phone?+−
Then it needs eyes on it, and we tell you so rather than burning your session guessing. We get you on the schedule ahead of non-members, and there is no service call fee when we come out.
Does the membership work if I am traveling out of state?+−
The phone and video support goes wherever you go, which is what makes it worth it for snowbirds. On-site work, including the two seasonal services, has to happen inside our Southeast Michigan service area.
Do unused phone sessions roll over to next year?+−
No. Sessions and both seasonal services are per membership year and do not carry over.
Can I reach you outside normal business hours?+−
Yes. Send it whenever it happens, evening or weekend, and we get back to you the same day. Support callbacks are not fenced to office hours. An after-hours emergency visit to your rig is a different thing and is billed at emergency rates.
How many RVs does one membership cover?+−
The vehicle or vehicles listed when you sign up. If you have a second rig you want on the plan, tell us at signup and we will price it.
What if I change my mind?+−
Full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as no seasonal service has been performed yet. After that the membership is non-refundable for the balance of the term.
